One guest, one ticket

Please purchase one ticket per person. Every guest entering the lounge, including children, must have their own ticket.

Once a month, children of all ages are welcome.

Only children age 6 and older are allowed.

When plans change

Receive a full refund when you email us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Need to reschedule? Use the reschedule button in your confirmation email at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Your reservation is non-refundable because the cancellation window has already passed.
